How do I specifically change the computer's language from Chinese to English?

I already know Control Panel %26gt; Regional Settings..

HOWEVER, the problem is that everything is in damn Chinese, so I can't read any of the options in the control panel and in the regional settings once i get there.

Could anyone give me specific Vista instructions on how to change the language to English??? ThanksHow do I specifically change the computer's language from Chinese to English?
Hello

Yes. Start search for 'Languages' and 'Region and Language options'

control panel will show up. In Region and Language options, select the

'Keyboards and Languages' tab. Here you can install/uninstall different

languages.

If you have Vista Ultimate, you can download different language packs

easily through Windows Update.

With Windows Vista Ultimate, you can have multiple language packs

installed at a time so you can easily switch back/forth based on user

accounts or the region and languages options control panel. Good luck.
