How do I change the operating language on my Windows Vista Basic laptop?

How could I change it?

I would like it in French instead of English.

If it matters, I live in Canada.

Can anyone help me...?

I've tried to figure it out but it's impossible.

Depending on what you mean there are several answers. Go to help and support and type in ';change language'; in the search box.

You also may want to change the input language which is the language you use to type information into your computer: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windo
