How to convert a programs language?

Hi All

I have just downloaded a driver for my NEC Aterm WL54AG WarpStar 802.11a/b/g Wireless PCMCIA Wireless Card from: http://121ware.com/product/atermstation/verup/warpstar/wl54ag_win.html (you may need to translate this page with Google or Yahoo translator cause its in Japanese an if you cant read Japanese well then......) . This is the only Driver i Have come across for this card that supports windows vista. The only Problem is i cant understand the language therefore i cant install the driver properly or change the settings. Is there any way to convert the language of the executable to English or some way that vista will automatically change the Japanese words to English?

Converting the language a program uses for its user interface from outside the program isn't possible. The program would have had to be written with several languages in mind and would have had to provide a method for switching between them.
