i already tried going to the control panel and setting all the options there to english, but when i reboot my computer, nothign changes except for the date, nothing else.
ive heard that MUI's are only available for a superoir version of vista than the regular home edition, and the LIP's only provide odd rare languages, it doesnt have english. or does it????

the language package is only for ultimate and Enterprise editions. anyway home edition does not support that.
