How can I change the language on Windows Vista???

Hey, I wanna chage all operation system language. Now my Windows Vista is on portuguese, but I want to change it in english.

How can I make that? Please help me!!!

you cannot change windows vista user interface's language, unless you have windows vista ULTIMATE, this version is the only one where you can do that. home basic, home premium, ... you cannot do that
