Does anyone know what our problem is, We have windows vista in English, It seems we've downloaded some foreign programs as my wife in Bulgaria, but certain folders and drop down options have been changed to her language and i cannot find out how to change them back to english, Example being 7zip (like winrar) where you press right mouse button and gives you options in english except they aren't in english anymore.

Some applications have their own language settings independent of the language or regional setting of the operating system.
Try looking at the settings for the programs concerned.
