How to change the operating system language in vista?

You can't change the operating system language on your OS.How to change the operating system language in vista?
The screens and stuff you mean? For example, if they are currently in English and say you want French?



First you need Vista Ultimate, the others Business, Home Prem and Basic don't have that feature.



Then go to control panel and go to Clock, Language and Region. You should find it in there.



If the language you want to use isn't there, you will have to download and install the language pack from Microsoft.How to change the operating system language in vista?
1. ---%26gt; Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking ';Clock, Language, and Region'; and then clicking Regional and Language Options.



2. Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.There should be a drop down with available options for languages.
Control Panel %26gt; Windows Update %26gt; View Available updates %26gt; Check (your language) Language Pack box and then click install.
Press F1, it should be in the help file, under languages r keyboard layout or some crap like that.
