How can you change the language settings in vista? mine's in spanish!?

I installed a version of vista and it turned out, it was in spanish.

can you help me what to do? except for re-installing it again. (I already gave back the cd to my friend and he just moved out of the country.)How can you change the language settings in vista? mine's in spanish!?

1.Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.

2.Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.

3.Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.
Here is a simple step by step from microsoft.
1.Go to control panel.

2. Next go to clock,language and region

3.Go to regional and language options.

4. Then change it to the language you want
