yes of course and whatever language you want. on the CD-ROM there is a language pack wherein you can choose what language to choose or to use or to add in that PC.
the process i know only for WinXP, so am not sure well with Vista. but i guess it's also the same.
*aside from that, i've heard in the Philippines, used computers from Japan are used there and they only changed the command into English.Can i change my OS into english language?
nope you cant,,,, I have the spanish version laptop with xp in spanish ... You need to buy a licensed copy of vista in english (鈧?50) The OEM you hv is in japanese cannot be changed.
