no way to change the language..put the OS cd and go in repair mode get it clear
It is not an easy thing to do. However, there is a Multilanguage User Interface, but it works only with Vista Enterprise and Ultimate. Here's a step-by-step guide: http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsVis for your review. I'm afraid you will have to get an English version of Vista. It wouldn't be bad if you contacted Acer to see what they have to say about it.
