How do i change vista language sweden back to english?

Hello i recently downloaded vista the (torrent) was in english i did not know that it was in sweden or german after installing it ...know that its installed everything on the START menu and everything is just ( german or sweden) idk but its really annoying is there anyway to change this setting???? i have seen forums that tell me how to change this but i need somone who has the same thing and can help me so please please reply if u know any sites or if you know how to change this ill be downloading (aim) so i can show ppl wut i am doing i have this thing called (webcammax) lets you see ur screen ....so yes if anyone can help me in a short amount of time plz do ive rebuilt my computer 15 times i need to change the language i dont wanna reabuild it cause my dad will go littarly insane and yeah i dont wanna make him mad so please help my (AIM) IS (( hviper1990)) mostly somthigns on here i know how to do

You know that in the corporate version they have some in microsoft.com that can be download to the employees of international corporation, so they don't have brain tumors, that way they can read in the own lenguage and write to their afiliated some where in the wolrd in arrive and their native tongue(sweden or ducht) or if that ocurrences only happen with you keyboard, you can go to control panel Regional/Lenguages and there you can select your default,Ingles and then you can select any secondary and you select there the combination of keys you want to use for the switch like alt+s or something.
