How can i change the language in windows vista ?

ya! i try to change from the language bar but its changing when i chose EN......(something in arabc). and i also try to change from control panel Regional %26amp; Language Option. only few is coming in english (20%) and others are in arabic. all windows tools bar and comand is still in arabic Main problem is everything in arabic. so i cant read the options clearly which one is what.



MY first Q? was:-



(I bought Acer notebook with pre-installed VISTA HOME PREMIUM in Saudi Arabia, and now language interface is Arabic, and I can not change it in Regional settings.

Is there any way to add english language, or is there english version of Vista that will work with KEY on notebook?

Sounds like it is an arabic version of windows rather than a setting. You need to reinstall Windows I would say. Sorry!How can i change the language in windows vista ?
Go Start, control panel the go to the language or setting bit and change. You asked a question on this earlier didn't you Russel! I answered it earlier as well. By asking the question again I presume you have had no luck. Well good luck.
